Burning Sky is a true farmhouse brewery in the foothills of the South Downs, creating punchy hop forward pales and beers of the beautiful Belgian beer tradition.
Aged in a mixture of oak barrels and stainless steel, where a variety of brettanomyces yeast strains work their magic. This iteration has been dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops for a fresh wine-like flourish that intertwines with the fruity brett character.
