Burning Sky are a Sussex based brewery that you will find located in the South Downs, Sussex, occupying refurbished farm buildings in the surrounding village. They lean towards creating classic and alternative representations of Pales and Belgian style beers in their farmhouse brewery.
A lighter version of our flagship saison. Brewed with the same unique mixed yeast strain and aged in our oak foudres, giving the heart of the brewery to the beer. Light oak with pleasing acidity and dry hopped with Saphir, Celeia and Centennial for a fresh finish.
