Bow & Arrow are an Oregon based winery in the Willamette Valley that pay homage to the wines of France’s Loire Valley. The soils here are predominantly clay, and usually have winemakers seeking out Burgundian comparisons but Bow & Arrow decided on a more experimental and ‘humble’ approach, notably focusing on grape varieties such as Gamay, Melon and Chenin Blanc.

The Time Machine Blanc is a blend of Chenin Blanc (predominant) with Chardonnay and Melon.
