A lambic is a type of beer that is specifically brewed in Belgium and is fermented through exposure to wild yeasts and bacteria that are exclusive to this region. This is how th eunique taste is created, often thought as a representation of a cross between wine and beer – it’s a little tart on the finish, has plenty of depth of character and has a smooth, silky body.
Boon produce some of best lambic style beers in the world and as a result are regarded as one of the finest lambic brewers. This has the addition of cherry.
