Description
Bodega Pablo Fallabrino is a winery located where the River Plate in Uruguay meets the Atlantic Ocean, providing ocean breezes whilst not compromising on a warm, sunny climate. They practice a very hands off approach to winemaking, using no insecticides and only a very low grade fungicide to control downy mildew. Pablo Fallabrino himself comes from a surfing background, with a laid back character and easy going nature. This allows him tofollow his instincts and take more chances and experiment more with his wine choices.
A sweet, fortified Tannat, perfectly matching to desserts and sweet treats. Flavours of black forest gateau are present – vanilla, cacao, coffee and cherries.
