You can’t call this Prosecco but it is almost exactly the same and, with an excellent price, would be good for bottomless brunches.
Encapsulated within the northeastern area of Piedmont, Italy, the Beppe Morchetta vineyards produce three wines a white, a red and a sparkling. The vines are grown on the hillsides along the southern shores of Lake Garda, with its cooling influences that bring the grapes to full ripeness whilst attaining a balancing acidity.
A light refreshing spumante wine made in a very similar style to Prosecco. It is made with Gargenega and Trebbiano blend and expresses flavours and aromas of white peach and citrus, with a delicate refined bubble and a certain minerality on the finish.
