Description
Baglio Gibellina is the winery and the vineyards surround the buildings interspersed with olive groves and citrus trees.
The Frapatto grapes are harvested as soon as they are ripe and then undergo a slow fermentation to ensure freshness. The Nero d’Avola, on the other hand is late harvested. The musts are blended and after fermentation the wine is aged in steel tanks.
Intense red berry nose, and apalate that is warm and full-bodied – with sweet fruit, harmonious acidity integrated with smooth and elegant tannins.
A perfect partner to hearty pasta dishes or a hunk of gorgonzola cheese and crusty bread.
