Description
Valli Unite are a cooperative found in the North West of Piemonte made up of parcels of land owned by a number of family members who united over time to create a cooperative of winemakers. Upon collaboration they started producing wine naturally and organically, protecting the local environment and oushing the boundaries of winemaking.
This is an immensely drinkable red, clean drinking and with some gamey touches. Lots of red cherries and soft raspberry flavours, some soft spices on the finish. A really good day to day option.
